Commerce concludes sunset reviews of Indian stainless pipe
The US Department of Commerce has concluded expedited sunset reviews of the antidumping and countervailing duties on welded stainless pressure pipe from India.
Commerce found that revoking the AD duties, which were originally imposed in 2016, would be likely to cause the continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins of 12.66%, according to the Federal Register filings reviewed by Kallanish.
