Columbus Steel Castings declares bankruptcy, finds buyer
US rail and mining equipment producer Columbus Steel Castings may have found a buyer to lead it out of Chapter 11 bankruptcy, Kallanish reports.
Columbus filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection 16 May and halted production at its Columbus, Ohio, facility. Concurrently, the company announced that a third-party buyer had emerged.
