Colombia’s third-quarter iron ore output inches up
Colombian iron ore production continues to recover. Output in the third quarter of 2021 grew both on-quarter and year-on-year, Kallanish learns from national mining body Agencia Nacional de Minería (ANM).
The country’s iron ore output reached 204,914 tonnes in Q3, up 8.7% compared to 188,442t in Q2. This volume was also 2.6% higher on the same period of last year, ANM data show.
