Colombia`s steel sector seeks to postpone import taxes
The Colombian steel association Cámara Colombiana del Acero (Camacero) is asking the national government to temporarily suspend the payment of steel imports taxes and tariffs, Kallanish notes.
According to a note issued by Camacero, most importing companies have seen their liquidity affected during the lockdown caused by Covid-19.
