Colombia’s rebar, wire rod output decelerates in August
Colombian rebar and wire rod production fell month-on-month in July, Kallanish learns from local steel producers' association Comité Colombiano de Productores de Acero (CCPA).
Colombia produced 97,654 tonnes of rebar during the month, down 8.4% over July and 19,734t less year-on-year. Eight-month output was 796,993t, down 2% over January-August 2021.
