Colombia’s Q3 2022 iron ore output dips further
Colombia saw iron ore production in the third quarter of 2022 fall both on-quarter and year-on-year, Kallanish learns from national mining body Agencia Nacional de Minería (ANM).
The country’s iron ore output reached just 77,900 tonnes in Q3 2022, down 38.8% compared to 127,395t in the previous quarter. This volume was also 127,016t or 62% weaker versus the same period of 2021, ANM data show.
