Colombia’s long steel production decreases in May
Colombian long steel production fell month-on-month in May, Kallanish learns from local steel producers' association Comité Colombiano de Productores de Acero (CCPA).
Colombia produced 103,371 tonnes of long steel during the month, down 23.5% compared to the 135,165t in April, but 51,350t higher year-on-year. January-May production amounted to 602,683t, up 65.4% y-o-y.
