Colombia longs output falls faster than crude steel
Colombia saw crude steel output fall month-on-month in August, but it was stronger compared to the same period a year earlier, Kallanish notes.
According to local steel producers' association Comité Colombiano de Productores de Acero (CCPA)’s latest report, August production was the second-highest seen in the last 16 months.
