Coking coal declines on poor demand
Australian fob coking coal prices declined during the week ended 9 August due to poor demand.
Kallanish assessed premium hard coking coal at $205.27/tonne fob Australia, down $11.14/t from $216.41/t fob the previous week.
On the Singapore Exchange, Premium Coking Coal Futures for September settled at $209/t fob on Friday, falling $18/t from $227/t fob a week earlier.
