Coking coal deal shows weak prices
The coking coal market has remained plentifully supplied in recent months, pressuring prices. A deal on globalCOAL Tuesday highlighted the flat market, which has been trapped at low prices since dipping under $100/tonne early in the year, Kallanish notes.
