Coking coal continues to surge on tight supply

Australian fob coking coal prices continued to surge during the week ended 6 October as tight supply remains a concern. Kallanish assessed premium hard coking coal at $358.12/tonne fob Australia, surging $22.58/t from $335.54/t fob the previous week.
