Cognor submits bid to lease bankrupt Huta Czestochowa
Cognor has submitted a bid to lease bankrupt ISD Huta Czestochowa (HCz), Cognor chief executive Krzysztof Zola confirms to Kallanish.
“We’ve submitted the bid. We’ll be waiting for the decision by the court and the administrator,” Zola observes.
The deadline for receiving bids was on 6 September, while on 9 September a court hearing is scheduled for potential leasees to present their bids.
