Cognor foresees lower scrap prices after spreads widen
Poland's Cognor foresees lower demand on-quarter in the third quarter due to the holiday and maintenance season. Scrap prices could decline, while billet and finished product prices are seen stable or increasing slightly. Ebitda will be good but lower than in Q2.
