CMC developing new rebar plant in Ohio: officials
Commercial Metals Company (CMC) is planning a second rebar production plant in Ohio, Kallanish learns from local economic development agencies.
CMC intends to produce fabricated rebar at the former Akron Rebar site, the regional agency Team NEO announces in a press release.
The northeastern Ohio plant is expected to be operational in early 2025, according to the Summit County executive's office.
