Cliffs moves to reopen Northshore mine
US iron ore miner Cliffs Natural Resources plans to restart its Northshore mine in Minnesota by May 15, Kallanish learns from a company statement.
Cliffs idled the Northshore project December 1, citing high finished steel import levels and pellet inventories.
