Cliffs, ArcelorMittal forge iron ore agreement
Cleveland, Ohio-based iron ore supplier Cliffs Natural Resources has signed a long-term supply agreement with steelmaker ArcelorMittal USA, Kallanish understands.
Cliffs has agreed to supply ArcelorMittal with iron ore pellets through 2026, supplanting two previous agreements that would have expired in December 2016 and January 2017.
