Cliffs appoints new chief operating officer
US iron ore miner Cliffs Natural Resources has named a chief operating officer, Kallanish learns from a company release.
Current chief financial officer Kelly Tompkins will assume the new role effect 1 January. His position will be filled by current controller and treasurer Timothy Flanagan.
