Clara to buy Savannah's Ashford coking coal project
Australian miner Clara Resources has executed binding agreements to purchase the remaining 60% of Renison Coal (owner of the Ashford coking coal project) from Savannah Goldfields, Kallanish notes.
Clara Resources says in a statement that the total consideration is AUD 3.95 million ($2.61m), plus a AUD 0.75/tonne future royalty on coal sales from the Ashford tenements,
