Clara Resources, Savannah extend Ashford sale completion date
Australian miners Savannah Goldfields and Clara Resources have agreed to extend the Ashford coking coal project sale completion date, Kallanish notes.
The duo said in a statement that they have entered into a deed of variation to the share purchase agreement extending the completion date to no later than 10 July 2024 and bringing forward the deferred consideration payment.
Clara Resources anticipates settlement and completion this week.
