Clara Resources raises funds for Ashfod expenditure
Australian miner Clara Resources is raising funds for working capital requirements and New South Wales' Ashfod coking coal project expenditure, Kallanish notes.
The firm says it has received commitments for AUD 250,000 ($163,580) through a convertible note issue to sophisticated and professional investors, including a director and chief executive of the company.
