Clara Resources targets additional Ashford stake
Australian miner Clara Resources, which holds a 40% stake in the Ashford coking coal project in New South Wales, is in talks to acquire an additional stake in the project, Kallanish notes.
Clara says in a statement that the firm has a current option to purchase 60% of the Savannah Goldfields in the Ashford project for cash, shares and ongoing royalty.
