CITT confirms injury due to Chinese line pipe
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) has found evidence of injury as a result of allegedly dumped and subsidised carbon and alloy line pipe, Kallanish understands.
The Canada Border Services Agency determined in late February that Chinese line pipe was being dumped into Canada at margins ranging from 74.4-351.4% and was enjoying subsidy rates of 0.63-17.32%. The CITT’s finding confirms the provisional duties set.
