CITIC Special Steel buys Valin's Xigang
CITIC Pacific Special Steel Holdings has announced it will add eastern China's Jiangsu Valin-Xigang Special Steel as its wholly-owned subsidiary. Valin-Xigang, which is located in Jiangsu province's Jingjiang city and has been renamed Jingjiang Special Steel, produced 50,958 tonnes of seamless pipe in May, Kallanish notes.
