CITIC Metal lists on SSE
CITIC Metal Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of China CITIC Group, was successfully listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on Monday, Kallanish notes.
The number of shares issued was 501 million, accounting for 10.23% of the total enlarged share capital. With the issue price of CNY 6.58 ($0.96) per share, the company raised CNY 3.194 billion after deducting expenses.
