CIS HRC retreats to mid-October levels after sales
CIS hot rolled coil prices have softened somewhat, back to mid-October levels, following two weeks of active sales at higher prices, predominantly to the Mediterranean. But with order books spanning into the new year, mills are not expected to reduce prices further for at least another couple of weeks, market participants suggest to Kallanish.
