CIS HRC prices may be close to rebound
CIS hot rolled coil export prices are set to rebound after a dip caused by Asian competitive lower priced sales in key export regions and a sale of large volumes of HRC by a Russian producer in the run up to the implementation of major steel export duties on 1 August (see Kallanish passim).
