CIS HRC prices continue to soften
Hot rolled coil offers from CIS producers have declined in the past week for negotiated volumes, but demand was low, leaving indications at the previous week's levels.
Overall, offers are indicated at $800-830/tonne fob Black Sea, depending on the producer and destination. Offers to Turkey are at $830/t cfr for small coils by a Ukrainian producer and up to $850/t cfr by Russian producers for large coils. This nets back generally to around $800-820/t fob Black…
