CIS coil export prices continue to decline
CIS mills have continued to lower hot- and cold-rolled coil export prices since the beginning of October, mainly due to weakness in main export markets, market sources tell Kallanish.
Russia-origin HRC prices are at $550-560/tonne fob this week, with the lower end of the range being for small coils. HRC prices from Ukraine are suggested some $5/t lower. CRC prices from the CIS range between $590/t fob and $605/t fob also this week, buy-side sources inform.
