CIS billet remains stable
The Black Sea billet export market continues at a steady, somewhat lacklustre pace, after several bookings were made last week, finalising January casting schedules. Prices remained in the same, $600-610/tonne fob Black Sea bracket, with very few exceptions, Kallanish observes.
