CIS billet market drifts sideways
The CIS billet export market has remained in a lull in the past week, with the exception of very few sales from Black Sea and Far Eastern ports.
A Ukrainian supplier sold another lot to an Italian re-roller at $700/tonne cfr, netting back to around $665/t fob Black Sea due to freight rates gaining slightly.
