CII group increases shareholding in Gerdau
Capital International Investors (CII) has increased its stake in Brazilian long steel producer Gerdau, Kallanish learns from the steelmaker. According to a document filed to the Brazilian Securities Commission (CVM), CII now holds 172,336,769 preferred shares in Gerdau, which represents 15.03% of participation.
