Chongqing Steel continues related-party deals with Baowu
Chongqing Iron & Steel, a listed subsidiary of China Baowu Group, states that it has inked a service and supply agreement with Baowu for the next three years, Kallanish learns from its exchange filing.
According to the agreement, Chongqing Steel will supply service and materials worth no more than CNY 30.1 billion ($4.13 billion) to Baowu and its affiliates. In turn, Baowu will provide Chongqing Steel with services and goods not exceeding CNY 102.33 billion.
