Chongqing cuts electricity costs
The Chinese city of Chongqing has reached a deal with key electricity consumers that will see a sharp cut in their costs. China’s ‘supply-side reform’ policies are expected to take many forms over the coming year and the net impact on steel is far from certain, Kallanish notes.
