Chinese wire rod export price growth slows

Chinese wire rod export offers have risen strongly this week, but weak demand has limited transaction price growth, Kallanish notes. On Thursday, 6.5mm diameter mesh-grade wire rod was assessed at $485-490/tonne fob China, up by $2.5/t week-on-week.
