Chinese steelmakers continue to cut December production
Chinese steel producers continue to recuce their planned production in December, with more and more steelmakers announcing maintenance, local media report. Meanwhile, reduced HRC supply last week due to such downtime supported an uptrend in the Chinese HRC market, Kallanish notes.
