Chinese steelmakers face tighter output restrictions
As the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei area (Jingjinji) is facing heavy pollution from 25 September to 3 October, steel mills in northern China will encounter a wide range of production restrictions during this period, Kallanish notes.
