Chinese steelmakers conduct overhauls in December
Four Chinese steel producers in southern and eastern China have announced their December overhaul plans, Kallanish notes. Among them, Shagang's overhaul of the hot rolled coil production line will cause a sharp drop in the supply of HRC in eastern China.
