Chinese steel output may fall 20% says Baosteel chair
Chinese steel production will eventually slump around 20% from current levels as its economy restructures, says Baosteel chairman Xu Lejiang. That may still leave Chinese finished steel exports at a significant level however, Kallanish notes.
