Chinese steel is not a bull market: Wu
China will not enjoy a bull market for steel in 2016, and there is a small probability that steel prices will turn downwards before June, according to SteelHome president Wu Wenzhang. China’s steel consumption is likely to continue sliding for several years, he adds.
