Chinese steel mills push rebar prices
Chinese steelmakers have either slightly increased by CNY 30-100/tonne ($4.56-15.2/t) or held steady early September construction steel ex-works prices. Rebar prices on spot markets dipped and rebounded again over last week, as end user buying fought back against the impact of restrictions on futures' markets, Kallanish notes.
