China's steel exports hit one-year high in May
China's finished steel exports hit a one-year high in May, while imports remained at the lowest level in nearly three years.
According to China's customs data, China's steel exports in May reached 7.76 million tonnes, up by 55.9% on-month and 47.2% on-year.
