Chinese recycler acquires German scrap merchant for €1
Chiho-Tiande finalized last week the acquisition of Scholz, one of Germany’s largest steel scrap merchants with a presence throughout Europe, Asia and North America, a step that has been prepared over recent months, as reported by Kallanish.
The Hong Kong–based metals recycling group has bought through its subsidiary Chiho Renewable Development Limited (CRDL) the entire share capital in Scholz Holding GmbH at a cash consideration of €1.
