Chinese rebar stabilises in quiet market
The Chinese spot rebar market has remained quiet as traders and buyers have left for the Chinese New Year holiday, Kallanish notes.
In Shanghai on Friday afternoon, 20mm HRB400 rebar was trading at CNY 4,200-4,220/tonne ($651-654/t), unchanged from the previous week.
