Chinese rebar prices remain sluggish despite restrictions
Chinese rebar prices continued to decline last week despite new restrictions on northern China's steelmakers, Kallanish notes.
In Shanghai on Friday afternoon, 20mm HRB400 rebar was trading at CNY 3,780-3,800/tonne ($542-545/t), down CNY 20/t from the previous Friday.
