Chinese rebar offers rise despite weak demand
Chinese rebar prices have bucked the weak trend despite quiet demand due to closure of eastern Chinese cities, Kallanish notes. Delivery problems and aggressive mill pricing has forced prices higher since the Tomb Sweeping holiday.
