Chinese rebar gains on firm raw material prices

Chinese construction steel prices rose slightly last week, with a jump in coke prices supporting the steel market. In Shanghai on Friday afternoon, 20mm HRB400 rebar was trading at CNY 3,630-3,650/tonne ($505-508/t), up CNY 10/t again from the previous week, Kallanish assesses.
