Chinese long steel offers hold in mid-February

China's construction steel market has remained weak since the holidays, leading eastern Chinese mills to keep ex-factory prices unchanged. Shagang, Zenith and Yonggang all agreed to maintain the long steel products' offers in the second ten days of February, Kallanish learns.
