Chinese longs producers maintain planned shipments
Major Chinese long product steelmakers Shagang, Zenith and Yonggang have maintained their planned shipments for the second ten days of September, according to public media. Traders expect this will help keep supply fairly tight, while prices are expected to rise this week, Kallanish notes.
