Chinese late-February long offers inch higher
China's construction steel prices remained largely stable at the end of February, although the spot market has recovered strongly. Mills are only just beginning to push offers higher again.
During the last week of February, eastern China's Shagang and Zenith kept their ex-works prices for construction long products unchanged. However, Yonggang has started to increase the ex-factory prices of its products in line with the market recovery.
