Chinese investors to build South Africa stainless steelworks
Chinese investors signed an agreement to establish a $10 billion metallurgical complex plant in South Africa during President Xi Jinping's state visit last week, according to market sources. This plant is expected to start construction in 2019, including one stainless steel plant, one ferrochrome plant and one silicomanganese plant, Kallanish notes.
